Ocean City Winery, seeking to establish a commercial farm in Beesley's Point, had submitted a revised application, whichColin Bell, an attorney representing the winery,told The Press of Atlantic Cityis expected to be heard by the Cape May County Agricultural Development Board at its Feb. 27 meeting.  Â
