SEA ISLE CITY - Sea Isle City Council President J.B. Feeley announced Oct. 8 that a survey, regarding the inclusion of a pool at the former school site on Park Avenue, would be sent to property owners Oct. 23.

In response to questions about how the integrity of the survey would be protected against double voting, Feeley said, "We've hired a firm that uses incredible methods to protect voting, which will be tied into the owner's sewer/water bill. That account number will be the login number to vote. In the event that there are possible multiple voters in a residence, only one vote will count, and that will be the first one."

Feeley acknowledged that voting taking place, such as at an election polling location, would not have the same strictures.
