During the week of April 29-May 5, 2019 the members of the Middle Township Police Department responded to or initiated 824 calls for service.

During the week a total of 17 adults were arrested for various offenses.

WEEKLY ADULT ARREST REPORT 

April 29-May 5, 2019

Harry A. Keen, 48, from Cape May Court House was arrested on April 29 by Patrolman Quinlan and charged with Driving While Intoxicated. 

Justin R. Stankiewicz, 27, from Villas was arrested on April 30 by Patrolman McInnis and charged with Aggravated Assault on Police Officer, Resisting Arrest, and an Active Warrant. 

Sean F. Pellegrino, 44, from Philadelphia was arrested on April 30 by Patrolman Quinlan and charged with Driving While Intoxicated and an Active Warrant. 

Mark W. Levenseller, 57, from Rio Grande was arrested on April 30 by Patrolman MacCormack and charged with Aggravated Assault with a Deadly Weapon and Possession of Weapons for Unlawful Purposes-Other Weapons. 

Bryan J. Cella, 55, from Pottsville, PA was arrested on May 1 by Patrolman Eskander on an Active Warrant. 

James E. Allen, 30, from Burleigh was arrested on May 2 by Patrolman Saettler on an Active Warrant. 

Trang T. Nguyen, 34, from Wildwood was arrested on May 2 by Patrolman Young and charged as Defiant Trespasser. 

Raymond W. Edwards, 45, from Rio Grande was arrested on May 3 by Patrolman Dececco and charged with Driving While Intoxicated. 

Miquelle A. Chunn, 30, from Erma was arrested on May 4 by Patrolman Runyon and charged with Possession of CDS and Possession of Marijuana under 50 Grams. 

Jessica A. Smith, 32, from Rio Grande was arrested on May 4 by Patrolman MacCormack on Active Warrants. 

Rial M. Young, 48, from Woodbine was arrested on May 4 by Patrolman Sunderhauf on Active Warrants. 

James Williams, 32, from Woodbine was arrested on May 4 by Patrolman Dececco and charged with Endangering Welfare of Children and Driving While Intoxicated. 

Arnold Smith, 29, from Atlantic City was arrested on May 4 by Patrolman Mihal on an Active Warrant. 

Luis Dejesus, 23, from Cape May Court House was arrested on May 4 by Patrolman Mihal on an Active Warrant. 

Vasilios A. Schurr, 30, from Pleasantville was arrested on May 5 by Patrolman McInnis and charged with Possession of Marijuana under 50 Grams, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, and an Active Warrant. 

Jairrid R. White, 38, from Whitesboro was arrested on May 5 by Patrolman Mihal and charged with Driving While Intoxicated. 

Luis Dejesus, 23, from Cape May Court House was arrested on May 5 by Patrolman McInnis and charged with Shoplifting. 

It should be noted that the above individuals are only charged with the above-mentioned offenses and are presumed innocent unless proven guilty.  This report only contains individuals that were arrested based on complaints signed by law enforcement personnel, not private citizen signed complaints.
