COURT HOUSE - A Cape May County grand jury handed up 16 indictments Oct. 8.
The abbreviation CDS below stands for controlled dangerous substance.
All individuals listed are presumed innocent unless proven guilty.
Rashee L. Barlow
Rashee Barlow, 32, of Cape May, was indicted for third-degree terroristic threats. Two other counts were part of the indictment, both in the fourth degree.
One is for contempt of a final restraining order and the other is for harassment while in prison. A person who is in prison on an indictable offense and harasses another person can be charged with a fourth-degree felony.
Amy E. Fletcher
Amy Fletcher, 50, of Wilmington, Del., was indicted on two counts of second-degree endangering the welfare of a child after an incident involving an 11-year-old and a 9-year-old, for whom she had a duty to care, met the definition of an abused or neglected child.
Devin A. Glace
Devin Glace, 28, of Pittsburgh, Pa., faces two counts of third-degree possession of a CDS, both Schedule I drugs. The drugs in question were methylenedioxymethamphetamine, known as MDMA or Ecstasy, along with lysergic acid diethylamide, or LSD.
Wayne D. Hall
Wayne Hall, 32, of Rio Grande, faces a third-degree aggravated assault count related to a domestic violence incident in Lower Township in September.
Mark F. Costello
Mark Costello was arrested in Wildwood Crest in July in possession of a 9mm handgun. He faces a count of second-degree unlawful possession of a weapon.
Morris W. Harden, Hector Mercado-Soto, Pedro Quinones, and Wanda Rodriguez
The four individuals listed above were separately indicted on one count of possession of a CDS in the third degree. All were from Wildwood.
Tyree O. Tunnell
Tyree Tunnell, 25, of Philadelphia, was indicted for theft and possession of a CDS, clonazepam. Both counts were in the third degree.
Dmytro Pakulyak, 23, of Wildwood, was indicted for third-degree terroristic threats.
Alyssa M. Patten
Alyssa Patten, 18, of Rio Grande, faces a count of third-degree shoplifting for taking a motorized shopping cart from a Middle Township grocery store.
Kelly A. Young
Kelly Young, 29, of Wildwood Crest, was indicted for fourth-degree obstructing the administration of law.
Ronald A. Zelinski
Ronald Zelinski, 62, of Villas, was indicted for third-degree aggravated assault related to a domestic violence incident.
DeSean White faces a second-degree count of endangering the welfare of a child related to an incident in Wildwood involving a 5-year-old and a 16-year-old, for whom he had a duty to care.
Brandon M. Tracey
Brandon Tracey, 23, of Egg Harbor City, was indicted on two counts of fourth-degree unlawful possession of a weapon. The weapons were a three-inch fixed blade knife and a credit card knife. Tracey was listed by Wildwood police as one of 27 individuals arrested during the Roar to the Shore Motorcycle Rally.
