The following was received from a law enforcement agency. All person(s) are innocent unless proven otherwise. 

WILDWOOD - From Sept. 4 to 8, the Wildwood Police Department and the Cape May County Prosecutor's Office, along with other law enforcement agencies, conducted a joint operation for the management of the multi-day annual Roar to the Shore Motorcycle Rally.  

During the course of the rally, 27 arrests were made.

According to a release, historically, this event has attracted members, associates and supporters of various outlaw motorcycle gangs and groups throughout the multi-day event.  

Moreover, the law enforcement agencies involved in the event's primary goals were to provide safety and security to the public, rally attendees and public safety officers present.  

During the course of the rally, the Wildwood Police Department, along with the additional support agencies encountered various individuals involved in criminal activity and violations of New Jersey motor vehicle statues.  

Consequently, the following listed person(s) were arrested and charged for their actions during the event. 

  1. Sept. 4, 2019, Michael Vandepol, 52, of Wildwood, contempt of court and was released pending a future court appearance.  

  1. Sept. 4, 2019, Jeffrey Kern, 23, of Lower Township, charged with possession of a weapon, brass knuckles, possession of a weapon for an unlawful purpose, and a certain persons not to possess a weapon. He was processed and transported to the Cape May County Correctional Facility under the bail reform directive. 

  1. Sept. 5, 2019, Hector Rivera-Santiago, 30, of Wildwood was charged with two counts of robbery and conspiracy to commit robbery. He was processed and transported to the Cape May County Correctional Facility under the bail reform directive. 

  1. Sept. 5, 2019, Reynaldo Rodriguez-Garcia, 27, of Chicago, Ill. was charged with robbery, two counts, and conspiracy to commit robbery, two counts. He was processed and transported to the Cape May County Correctional Facility under the bail reform directive. 

  1. Sept. 5, 2019, Cristofer Valentin, 20, of Wildwood was charged with two counts of robbery, and conspiracy to commit robbery. He was processed and transported to the Cape May County Correctional Facility under the bail reform directive. 

  1. Sept. 5, 2019, Irving Vidot-Vega, 18, of Wildwood was charged with robbery, two counts, and conspiracy to commit robbery, two counts. He was processed and transported to the Cape May County Correctional Facility under the bail reform directive. 

  1. Sept. 5, 2019: Albert Burton, 38, of Wildwood was charged with contempt of court and released pending a court appearance.  

  1. Sept. 5, 2019, Ramon Hernandez, 41, of Scranton, Pa. was charged with possession of a weapon, knife, and possession of a knife for an unlawful purpose. He was processed and released pending a court appearance. 

  1. Sept. 6, 2019, Jeffrey Hastings, 41, of Eddystone, Pa. was charged with possession of a weapon, knife, possession of a weapon for an unlawful purpose, certain persons prohibited to possess weapons, and possession of a controlled dangerous substance, methamphetamine. He was processed and transported to the Cape May County Correctional Facility under the bail reform directive. 

  1. Sept. 6, 2019, Jason Durkee, 41, of Essington, Pa. was charged with contempt of court and possession of marijuana. He was released pending a court appearance. 

  1. Sept. 6, 2019, Curtis Foy, 62, of Bridgeton, was charged with contempt of court and released pending a court appearance.  

  1. Sept. 6, 2019, Catharine Tozer, 30, of Wildwood, was charged with contempt of court and released pending a court appearance. 

  1. Sept. 6, 2019: Virginia Goolsby, 44, of Millville, was charged with contempt of court a released pending a court appearance.  

  1. Bruce Davis, 53, of Fairmont, W. Va. was charged with possession of a controlled dangerous substance, hydrocodone, and possession of narcotics paraphernalia. He was released pending a court appearance.  

  1. Sept. 7, 2019: Timothy Shaffer, 54, of Tunnelton, W. Va. was charged with possession of a weapon, handgun, possession of a weapon without obtaining a permit, possession of hollow-point ammunition, possession of a weapon, knife, for an unlawful purpose, and possession of a prohibited weapon. He was processed and transported to the Cape May County Correctional Facility under the bail reform directive. 

  1. Sept. 6, 2019, Brandon White, 26 of Masontown, W. Va., was charged with possession of a weapon, handgun, two counts, possession of a weapon without obtaining permits, two counts, possession of hollow-point ammunition, possession of a weapon, knife, for an unlawful purpose, possession of a prohibited weapon. He was processed and transported to the Cape May County Correctional Facility under the bail reform directive. 

  1. Sept. 7, 2019, Robert Carr, 53, of Vineland, was charged with possession of a weapon, knife, and a certain person prohibited to possess a weapon. He was released pending a court appearance.  

  1. Sept. 7, 2019, David Humbert, 53, of Jeanette, Pa. was charged with possession of a weapon, knife. He was released pending a court appearance.  

  1. Sept. 7, 2019, Michael Carney, 52, of Stone Harbor was charged with possession of a weapon, knife, and possession of a weapon for an unlawful purpose. He was released pending a court appearance.  

  1. Sept. 7, 2019, Michael Martin, 57, of Wilkes Barre, Pa. was charged with theft of moveable property. He was released pending a court appearance.  

  1. Sept. 7, 2019, Anthony Mulford, 52, of Carney's Point was charged with possession of a weapon, knife. He was released pending a court appearance.  

  1. Sept. 7, 2019, Andrew Czarkowski, 34, of Clementon, was charged with possession of a weapon, knife, possession of a controlled dangerous substance, methamphetamine, possession of methamphetamine with the intent to distribute within 500 feet of a certain public property, possession of methamphetamine with the intent to distribute within 1,000 feet of a school property, and possession of narcotics paraphernalia. He was processed and transported to the Cape May County Correctional Facility under the bail reform directive. 

  1. Sept. 7, 2019, Michael Henry, 45, of Seaford, Del. was charged with simple assault and disorderly conduct. He was released pending a court appearance.  

  1. Sept. 7, 2019, Joseph Franco, 36, of Wildwood was charged with possession of marijuana, two counts. He was released pending a court appearance.  

  1. Sept. 7, 2019, Brandon Tracey, 23, of Egg Harbor City was charged with possession of a weapon, knife, and unlawful possession of a weapon for an unlawful purpose. He was released pending a court appearance.  

  1. Sept. 8, 2019, Augustin Gonzalez, 33, of Trenton was charged with operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of narcotics/alcohol, and contempt of court. He was processed and transported to the Cape May County Correctional Facility under the bail reform directive. 

  1. Jose Velez, 35, of North Cape May was charged with multiple counts of contempt of court. He was released pending a court appearance.
