Amanda Holland, of Wildwood Crest, died unexpectedly May 9. A charity set up in her memory has raised nearly $40,000 to help local children attend summer educational camps.

WILDWOOD CREST – John Lynch, of Wildwood Crest, was in Alaska when he got the word that Amanda Holland – a lifelong Wildwood Crest local, preschool teacher, and dear friend – died unexpectedly May 9.

A book and toy drive was held at Amanda Holland’s funeral. The books were presented to students at Crest Memorial School as part of “Amanda’s Wish.” The toys will be used for a Lunch With Lynch Foundation toy drive during the Christmas 2023 season.
