WILDWOOD -- Wildwood Police are asking people to stay off the roads, until debris from storms April 13 is cleared from the roadways. Lower Township Police followed with a similar announcement a few minutes later.

The county is under a tornado watch until 6 p.m. April 13.

In a release, the Wildwood police department said:

"We are asking residents to please stay off the roads until the storm passes and the streets can be cleaned up.  There are numerous down wires, poles, and debris in the roadway making it dangerous to be driving at this time."

Lower Township added downed trees to the list of obstacles in their release.
