Top choices during Cape May Restaurant Week

By On Deck Staff

Sponsored by Cape May Magazine and the Chamber of Commerce of Greater Cape May, the second Cape May Restaurant Week, Oct. 18-25, will showcase some of Cape May’s best restaurants in an eight-day event offering fixed-price menus, which makes the event tempting and affordable.
There are three tiers of dining offered: dinner menus for $35.09 and $22.09, and lunch menus priced at $16.09.
For dinner menus, all participating restaurants will offer a three-course meal, including appetizer, entrée and dessert. Lunch menus will include two or three courses.
Beverage, tax and gratuities are not included. All types of restaurants, from casual beachfront to fine dining, are participating.
There are no additional costs to diners beyond the fixed price of the meal, and no tickets are needed for the event.
Diners are advised to make reservations in advance (if available). A list of participating restaurants, reservation information, and menus is available at www.cmrestaurantweek.com.
Cape May’s first Restaurant Week took place May 31 – June 7, with 31 participating restaurants.
The fall version starts on the last day of the 10-day Victorian Week celebration in Cape May.
Participating restaurants include the Washington Inn, Cucina Rosa, Mad Batter, Merion Inn. Peter Shields Inn and more than a dozen more.
