COURT HOUSE – The Museum of Cape May County will celebrate Presidents Day by offering the public a one-day opportunity to see documents signed by President George Washington and President Abraham Lincoln.
As part of a private collection, these historic documents have never before been on public display. Both these rare documents will be available for viewing Feb. 16 from 7–9 p.m. at The Museum, located at 504 Route 9 North in Court House.
This once-in-a-lifetime chance to view history is free and open to the public. All ages are encouraged to attend. On hand will be the owner of the collection who will answer questions and explain the documents’ historic significance.
For information about this historic event, please contact The Museum at 609-465-3535 or visit their website at www.cmcmuseum.org.
