East Tennessee State University announced the names of students who attained a grade point average qualifying them for inclusion in the dean’s list for the summer 2018 semester. To receive this honor, students must successfully complete a minimum of 12 hours of undergraduate coursework with no grade below ‘B-’ in any course taken, and a grade point average of at least 3.5 on a 4.0 scale.

Jessica A. Heacock, of Court House was one of these students.

This summer, Macy Oteri of Ocean City was one of more than 400 University of Delaware undergraduate students who worked on a range of research projects in disciplines all across the university as well as in the community.

Over the past 10 weeks, Oteri collaborated with faculty mentors and, in many cases, with other undergraduates and with graduate students, learning how original research takes place and creating new knowledge.

Olivia Briggs, of Ocean View, was placed on Gettysburg College Dean's Honor list for outstanding academic achievement in the Spring 2018 semester.

Students with a quality point average of 3.60 or higher (on a 4.0 scale) for a semester's work are placed on the College's Dean's Honor List.
