Housekeepers Wanted for Seapointe Village Realty's Vacation Rental Properties:

Join our team and help us provide exceptional vacation experiences to our guests! We seek reliable and detail-oriented Housekeepers to clean and prepare our rental properties in Seapointe Village in the Diamond Beach area of Wildwood Crest. As a Housekeeper, you will be responsible for ensuring that each rental property is clean, tidy, and well-maintained before and after guest stays. Your duties will include cleaning bathrooms, kitchens, bedrooms, living spaces, and outdoor areas, as well as replenishing supplies and reporting any maintenance issues. You must have a strong work ethic, excellent time management skills, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. Previous housekeeping experience in a vacation rental or hospitality setting is preferred. This is a seasonal, full-time position with competitive pay. 

Wages:

• Hourly Wage: $17 per hour
• Eligible for Tips: Yes
• Bonus: Housekeepers are eligible for a work performance-based bonus of up to $1.00 for every hour worked throughout the season, with the final amount determined based on performance.

Qualifications & Duties:

• Housekeeping or cleaning experience preferred.
• Able to work with industrial cleaning supplies and chemicals.
• Efficiently and thoroughly clean residences & maintain the excellent appearance of Seapointe Village Realty's rental properties
• Enthusiastic, professional, courteous, and positive attitude with guests and co-workers.
• Must have an intermediate understanding of the English Language.
• Able to take direction and correction from a supervisor with respect.
• Timeliness is required, as well as adherence to grooming standards.
• Availability to work weekends, especially during the summer season.
• Must be able to stand, stoop or stretch for long periods.
• Ability to lift and/or push 25 lbs.
