Township of Middle Now Hiring MECHANIC HELPER JOB DESCRIPTION: https://info.csc.state.nj.us/jobspec/43731.htm The Township is seeking a full-time mechanic helper who will work within the Public Works Garage. The position shall be 40 hours per week (Monday through Friday). We are seeking a motivated individual to perform basic to indepth auto repair; ASE certifications are helpful but not required. This position includes fantastic health benefits, paid time off, a retirement plan, Union, and more! EMPLOYMENT STATUS: Full-Time Permanent EXPERIENCE: Candidates must possess valid NJ CDL. Potential candidates without CDL licenses can be hired temporarily and assist with obtaining CDL. Electrical and handyman experience is a plus but not required. Preference will be given to candidates with any mechanical experience. COMPENSATION: The starting salary for this position is $35000.
