City of Cape May is seeking a full-time Deputy Municipal Clerk/Deputy Registrar of Vital Statistics. At least three (3) years’ experience in a Municipal Clerk’s Office or similar work environment is preferred, but not mandatory. Candidate must have excellent written, oral and technology skills in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel), website management and licensing software. Duties include assisting with the preparation of meeting agendas, records management, execution and issuance of vital record certificates and licenses, OPRA compliance, assisting with elections, and assisting with the issuing of a variety of licenses and permits.
