Hey Congressman LoBiondo - it was your party that wanted to put as many people into houses as possible - your *** president even bragged about having the highest rate of homeownership under any administration. Your party was the one that dropped all the rules that were in place to guard against predatory lending and now the chickens have come home to roost. It is no surprise to see all the sheriff sales in Cape May and Atlantic Counties, not on just the poor, but on the very rich who bought way overpriced properties because every one got greedy, especially in Cape May County - thanks for your *** mistakes because now a working class bum like me can buy your good home and not have to commute miles to my local job!

Even if it does not cut the price of gas, why would we want to be defendant on foreign oil? Our money should stay here period. If those money hungry, greedy foreign countries cannot realize the United States as being able to stand on it's own, let them eat and drink their oil.

You seem to be influenced by your advertisers. Your headline when you thought it was good news was :
"Jersey Realtors See Hike in First Quarter Existing Home, Condo Sales"
When we found out the NJAR scammed us all and were only caught by a watchdog group your headline was:
"New Jersey, National Realtors Issue Correction to Incorrect Data"
There are Mortgage Bankers going to jail for what they did and the NJAR was right there with them. Your headline should have been:
NJ housing sales DOWN 30% in Q1, NJAR incorrect with their data"
Are you Jouranlists or not?

Recent news on inflation is not good. In the first quarter of this year, the Consumer Price Index posted its highest level in years. A story in The Wall Street Journal last month carried the headline: "Inflation, Spanning Globe, is Set to Reach Decade High." We've all felt the effects in higher costs for food, energy, and other consumer goods.

This guy is probably the most discreditied "economist" in the world. He is paid by the NAR to spew good news on housing where there clearly is none. Inflation hurts everybody. The housing market is in a death spiral and will not recover until prices fall significantly. End of story.
