County Realtors Help United Way Provide Lunch for 30 Area Needy

CMCAR members who took part in a day’s outreach aat United Way of Cape May County are, from left, Jeanette DiNardo (Coldwell Banker Otton Realty), Pat Barry (Lees Realty) Lee and Carol Anderson (Cape May Realty) and Eric Sanderson (Upper Township student) helped prepare and serve lunches.
WILDWOOD — Cape May County Association of REALTORS gathered for their general membership meeting in June and were asked to reach in their pockets for loose change.
That loose change was collected and used to purchase 30 boxed lunches for county residents in need at the United Way located at the First Baptist Church, Maple and Atlantic avenues here.

for the record I despise realtors...however, these realtors did not have anything to do with the current housing debacle...loan officers have nothing to do with the current housing debacle...these people are simply where simply doing there jobs...the problem is PEOPLE...people do not take responsibility for there actions...oh the REALTOR sold me a house I can afford...the LOAN OFFICER sold me a loan I cant afford...its bs...you know how much money you make...you know how bad you are with paying your bills...dont resent realtors for taking advantage of a great market...you must be having trouble paying your bills...we all know what that feels like...take some responsibility and look in the mirror the next time you make a financial decision...not in the bathroom after settlement....but i do despise realtors....they

AWWWWW THATS NICE.. THE REALTORS WHO JUST MADE THE MOST MONEY WITH THE REAL ESTATE BOOM FOR THE PAST 5 YEARS, ARE THROWING US POOR PEOPLE CRUMBS, AND LOOK HOW HAPPY THEY LOOK.. WHAT? YOUR NOT MAKING MONEY ANY MORE.. HOME SALES ARE DOWN, TO BAD.. YOU DID IT TO YOUR SELF, SELLING HOMES TO PEOPLE WHO CANNOT AFFORD THEM EFFECTS ALL OF US.. BUT YOU MADE ALL THE MONEY, I HOPE IN A FEW YEARS I AM SERVING YOU LUNCH.
