Balalaika Orchestra at Music Pier

The renowned Kauriga Balalaika Orchestra will perform a lively concert of Russian, Ukrainian and Slavic folk music 7:30 p.m., Sat., Oct. 25 at the Music Pier, Boardwalk and Moorlyn Terrace in Ocean City.

Folk dancers and singers will be included in the lively and inspiring program.

Tickets are $5, available at City Hall Annex, 901 Asbury Ave., 609-525-9300 or at the door. City Hall Annex is open Monday through Friday from 9 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Children 12 and under are free.

These are NOT the Platters !! The only living Platters and holder of the trademark is Herb Reed and the Platters. There are laws in the state of NJ to protect the comsumers against this type of identity theift and they WILL be inforced. Corky Warren WSNJ Radio

Bella Voce to perform live in concert

On Aug. 23 at 5 p.m., world-renowned vocalists Javier Gonzalez, Karla Rivera and German Rodriguez will perform at the Parkway South Seventh-Day Adventist Church in Marmora.
The concert will feature favorites such as, “Amazing Grace,” and “At the River,” and will include the group’s hit songs, “Someday,” “You’ll Never Walk Alone,” and “Nella Fantasia.” Gonzalez, Rivera and Rodriguez make up Bella Voce, known for its powerful sound and unique harmonies.

Wildwood Crest Recreation Department wants residents and visitors to further enjoy the beautiful sunsets over Sunset Lake with their new Sundown Celebrations, held every Friday evening at 7 p.m. through Labor Day Weekend.

Sundown Celebrations will include live music, children’s activities and other family entertainment, like karaoke, face painting, moon bounce, stilt walker and more.

Sundown Celebration will take place on the Sunset Lake embankment at Miami Road and New Jersey Avenue.
