Great Job LTPD for catching this guy. Thank God I live in a community where the cops care about the people. Now watch this blog carefully and check out The Spout Off Forum because representatives from the Lower Township Taxpayers Association will complain that there was FOUR cops at the scene.!!

This past Wednesday I bought a round trip ticket when traveling on the ferry and when I was returning on Sunday with the prepaid return ticket, the DRBA employee told me that he could not print my boarding ticket unless I gave him another dollar. So much for the prepaid round trip ticket!!! I guess getting one more dollar from everyone will pay for the lack of travelers.
