Drug Surveillance Nets Arrest Near Fishing Docks

SCHELLENGER LANDING –– On May 8 at approximately 6 p.m., Lower Township police detectives conducted an undercover surveillance of commercial fishing docks in the area of Wilson Avenue here.

Over the course of the surveillance suspicious activity was observed centered on a white Chevy that was in the area. As the Chevy left the area of the surveillance it was being driven in a very erratic manner.

Detective Chris Lambert followed the vehicle stopping it in the area of Ocean Drive and Route 109.
