COOK, DALE MAYNARD, JR. Mr. Cook was born in Philadelphia, PA, on June 6, 1955. He passed away on December 16, 2009, and was residing in Virginia at that time. During his life, Mr. Cook became a proficient commercial fisherman, cook, and building tradesman. His life took him to New Jersey, Florida, and Virginia. He was known as a real friend to animals - dogs being his favorites. Mr. Cook is survived by his mother Mary, his sister Jan, niece Janet, nephew Bil Jr. and his children Michael, Elizabeth, and Angeline, and four grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his father Dale M. Cook, Sr. Visitors received at Adams-Green Funeral Home on Elden Street in Herndon, VA, between 2 and 4 pm on Monday, December 21 with a memorial service at 4 pm.
