YES, REALLY ABSOLUTELY FREE!!
Dragonfly Wellness Studio offers this FREE Yoga class the 3rd Sunday of every single month! This is a gentle/beginner style class that intended for people that have NEVER done yoga before or are NEW to our Studio. Teachers volunteer to teach class hoping to turn you onto something new and exciting!
Please wear loose fitting comfortable clothing, that allows you to move without restriction. Bare feet are recommended. Intermediate students are more than welcome to class, just be aware that this is a beginner style class.
