Upper Library hosts lecture on Eastern Coyote in New Jersey
The Cape May County Library invites the public to gain knowledge of the coyote since we are seeing and hearing more of this fascinating animal in New Jersey. The lecture will take place at 6 p.m. on Monday, June 23 at the Upper Cape Branch Library, 2050 Route 631, Petersburg.
The coyote, a wild member of the dog family, has expanded its range significantly. Colonizing the entire Northeast, the coyote is now found throughout the Garden State.
Kim Tinnes, Wildlife Technician for the New Jersey’s Division of Fish and Wildlife will talk about the facts and fictions of the Eastern Coyotes.
