Learn simple techniques to improve photography during a three day workshop, “The Basics of Digital Nature Photography,” at the Cape May County Library. The workshop will be held at 6 p.m. on June 3, 10, and 17 at the Main Branch of the Cape May County Library, 30 Mechanic St., Cape May Court House.
Through classroom instruction as well as hands-on practice this workshop teaches processes and tricks to improve your photos of the natural world. An easy teaching style is used to explain equipment and techniques. The workshop benefits all levels of photographers allowing the progression to the next level of photographic enjoyment and creativity.
Class instructor Kevin Loughlin, is a professional nature photographer and tour leader, sharing his knowledge of photography and the natural world for over twenty-five years. Loughlin’s company “Wildside Tours” designed trips for students interested in nature and photographing throughout the Western Hemisphere. Photographs taken by Loughlin have been published in Philadelphia Magazine, Audubon, Wild Bird Magazine, National Geographic and “Take-A-Walk,” a series of books.
