Attention Car Lover’s: The East Coast Boardwalk National Car Show comes to the Wildwoods!

The Wildwoods, NJ – New Jersey Thunder Motorsports Inc will host the 16th Annual East Coast Boardwalk National Car Show, Thursday, May 8th through Sunday, May 11th. This four day, island-wide event, is packed from start to finish with activities that are sure to entertain the car lover in everyone. This isn’t your ordinary car show, Thunder Motorsports presents Custom, Classic, Street Rods, Antiques and Import Cars, all displayed on the last true American Boardwalk in the Wildwoods. Show Registration for participants will be held at the Imperial 500, 6601 Atlantic Ave, Wildwood Crest: Thursday 4pm-10pm, Friday 8am-10pm and Saturday 8am-12 noon.
The official Car Show will begin on Friday, May 9th where cars of all makes, models and years will be flaunted on the Boardwalk in all of their sparkling glory. Vehicles will be on display Friday and Saturday from 8am – 3pm. Then at 3pm, they will all parade off of the boards.
The fun doesn’t stop just because that show’s over. Friday night, Thunder Motorsports will hold a Poker Run beginning at 6pm. This is an ideal way to enjoy the scenery of the Wildwoods all while trying to win great prizes with your Poker hand. Saturday night consists of a Block Party in front of the Wildwoods Convention Center starting at 6pm. This is where the Top 40 cars will all be on display, this is your opportunity to vote for your favorite to win Best of Show. Sunday morning at 9am, the Top 40 will reconvene in front of the Convention Center for the award ceremony. The cars will be judged throughout the weekend in numerous different categories and the top winners will receive trophies, with the Best of Show receiving $500.
