Apex Realty is a full service agency proud to be family owned and serving the community for over 28 years. We were here when our area was considered a small “fishing village” and we’re still here now that it’s considered the new “Gold Coast of the Delaware Bay.” Our community is unique in that you will find first time homeowners eagerly buying their first home, to seasoned, more affluent buyers who have come to discover the beauty of the Delaware Bay area. Established in 1980, we began as a small office with a sales force of two. Now we are located at 2505 Bayshore Road and have grown to a sales force of ten. We also have a full-time administrative assistant to better service your needs. Our agents are friendly, professional and knowledgeable and fully aware of today’s current real estate trends. Our agents continue to further their education and many have gone on to acquire other certifications, such as Broker, ABR, SRES, CRS, and GRI.

The fact that we have been serving the community for almost 30 years confirms our strong ties to the community. In the last 30 years, the area has changed dramatically. From a “small fishing village,” it continues to develop into a diverse community of primary owners, vacation home owners, and investors. We have had the good fortune of having been a part of this area for many years, Our presence is not new…not due to the prolific rise in higher end homes being built, or because of the discovery of this new “Gold Coast” area.
