The Cape May County Historical & Genealogical Society announces the publication of “Early Architecture of Cape May County” by architectural historian Joan Berkey.
This book represents nearly a decade of research into the heavy timber frame buildings found in the county.
These buildings, also known as post and beam structures, date from ca. 1691. The book covers Cape May County buildings dating from the 1690s to 1800.
