| I think it would be a great way to control the feral population and also at the same time help the NATIVE WILDLIFE! |

Cats are independent creatures. You are killing the nature of a cat, by leashing it. So I had to vote "NO" _________________ The difference between stupidity and genius is that genius has its limits. |

This is dumb. Ferral cats actually provide a good service to human communities in the fact that they are excellent mousers. i have an indoor cat who occationally gets out. Tha last two nights he slept outside he brought me presents in the form of a mouse and a mole.
We start to get into problems though when ferral cats are left un neutered and un-spayed. The capture and release programs are best. Plus, who doesn't love a good cat fight at 3 am? |

A .44 Remington works great with birds, but to see it, you need a video camera that runs to 8000 frames per second _________________ The difference between stupidity and genius is that genius has its limits. |

If ya could get a big canvas behind the whole thing you could end up with some really nice art work |

I think people need to be leashed. The offspring dropped from their loins even more so. Everyone thinks their children are so cute, adorable, and of interest to everyone else. In fact I would be against a lease law for cats. I believe all cats should be contained inside the owner's residence at all times of the day and night. Those cats found out and about should be captured and properly destroyed. _________________ Very fine indeed! |

I have nothing to contribute to this topic except to say that the idea of a cat on a leash makes me laugh out loud. And I'm by myself right now.
