Readers are reminded that not only are all individuals listed below presumed innocent unless proven guilty, but there may also be multiple individuals who share the same name, even in the same town.

COURT HOUSE – A Cape May County grand jury handed up 16 indictments Nov. 28. 

The abbreviation CDS below stands for controlled dangerous substance.  

A “certain person” charge can be brought against individuals whose previous convictions bar them from having weapons. 

Sean Atkinson was named in an eight-count indictment that includes a first-degree count for attempted murder. The 48-year-old Atkinson also faces two counts of aggravated assault, one in the second and the other in the third degree, along with third-degree counts for possession of a weapon for unlawful purpose, two 15-inch knives, and two third-degree counts for certain person not to have a weapon based on the Prevention of Domestic Violence Act. The final two counts in the indictment were in the fourth degree for unlawful possession of a weapon and possession of a prohibited weapon, brass knuckles. Atkinson is housed at the Cape May County Correctional Facility.

Mark J. Loper was indicted for second-degree endangering the welfare of a child and third-degree possession of a CDS, clonazepam.

Skye C. Giesecke faces a seven-count indictment, with six counts of aggravated assault, five in the third degree and one in the second degree, along with a single count of third-degree terroristic threats. Giesecke is housed at the county jail.

Daniel Farrell was indicted on two counts of endangering the welfare of a child, one count in the second degree and one in the third degree. Both counts involved the possession and distribution of child pornography.

John T. Krumaker and Randy Growalt face two third-degree counts for burglary and theft, along with a fourth-degree count for criminal mischief.

Jeana M. Antonelli was indicted on a single count of fourth-degree resisting arrest.

Thomas Hagan and Catherine Tozer were indicted together on a single count of third-degree possession of a CDS, methamphetamine.

Celena Bastian was named in a three-count indictment for third-degree shoplifting, along with two counts of theft of a credit card in the fourth degree.

Thomas L. Outlaw faces a single count of first-degree aggravated sexual assault on a victim less than 13 years old. Outlaw is lodged at the county jail.

Antonio Sampedro-Munoz was indicted for second-degree aggravated assault where the relationship to the victim fits the definition of domestic violence.

Lloyd Paul Masika was indicted for third-degree invasion of privacy for taking a photograph of video with sexual content under circumstances where the individual had an expectation of privacy.

Kanye Crowley faces a second-degree count for aggravated assault where the relationship to the victim fits the definition of domestic violence.

Raymond D. Bailey III was indicted on four fourth-degree counts – three for aggravated assault on a police officer and one for resisting arrest. Bailey is currently lodged at the county jail.

Kurtis H. Jones faces two counts of possession of a prohibited weapon, large capacity magazines, and one count of unlawful possession of a weapon, brass knuckles. All counts are in the fourth degree.

Joey Sierra was indicted on two fourth-degree counts for unlawful possession of a weapon, a 15-inch machete, and certain person. Sierra was convicted in 2014 of intent to distribute a CDS.
