Ocean City’s Weekly Arrests Include DWI, Theft, Tresspassing

OCEAN CITY — During the week of July 13 – 19, Ocean City police made the following arrests.
On 7/13/09, Stephen A. Gonzalez, age 23, of Egg Harbor Township was arrested for an active warrant (Contempt of Court) from another jurisdiction. The arresting officer was Ptl. Anthony Fearnhead.
On 7/14/09, Debra Stuart, age 40, of Marmora was arrested for Driving While Intoxicated. The arresting officer was Ptl. Dave Rowland.
On 7/15/09, Carla Prospero, age 20, of Anthem, Arizona was arrested for Theft. The arresting officer was Det. Steve Schaffer.
On 7/15/09, Robert Derrick, age 21, of Warminster, Pa., was arrested for Possession of Marijuana (under 50 gr.). The arresting officer was PtI. Dave Rowland.
On 7/16/09, Paul R. Bickford, age 44, of Wayne was arrested for Driving While Intoxicated. The arresting officers were PtI. Brendan Gheen and PtI. Mike Kenny.
On 7/16/09, Lisa M. Cascio, age 26, of Sewell was arrested for Driving While Intoxicated. The arresting officer was Ptl. Brendan Gheen.
On 7/17/09, Mary A. Walsh, age 43, of Ocean City was arrested for Driving While Intoxicated. The arresting officers were PtI. Mike Gray and Sgt. Dave Hall.
On 7/17/09, Matthew McCormick, age 26, of Vincetown was arrested for an active warrant (Contempt of Court) from another jurisdiction. The arresting officers were PtI. Matt Schaffer and Ptl. Ptl. Jeremy Ruchlin.
On 711 7/09, Ron A. Ballinger, age 28, of Ambler, Pa., was arrested for active warrants (Contempt of Court), Possession of a Controlled Dangerous Substance, Possession of Marijuana (under 50 gr.) and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. The arresting officers were Ptl. Bob Koob and Ptl. Chris Neilson.
On 7/17/09, John Z Weber, age. 21, of Somers Point was arrested for active warrants (Contempt of Court) and Possession of Marijuana (Under 50 gr:): The arresting officers were. Det. Steve Sullivan andDet. Steve Schaffer.
On 7/18/09, Yonathan J. Yaccov, age 25, of Edison was arrested for an active warrant (Contempt of Court) and Possession of Marijuana (under 5Ogr.). The arresting officers were Ptl. Steve Sullivan and Det. Dan Lancaster.
On 7/18/09, Nicole Foote, age 21, of Somers Point was arrested for Driving While Intoxicated and an active warrant (Contempt of Court). The arresting officers were P11. Dave Rowland and Ptl. Anthony Fearnhead.
On 7/18109, Mark J. Gardner, age 42, of Ocean City was arrested for Disorderly Conduct. The arresting officers were Ptl. Malt Schaffer and Ptl. Jeremy Ruchlin.
On 7/19/09, Sean Hickey, age 24, of Willow Grove, Pa., was arrested for an active warrant (Contempt of Court) from another jurisdiction. The arresting officers were Ptl. Craig Wilson and Ptl. John Porreca.
On 7/20/09, Michael B. Davis, age 21, of Ocean City was arrested for Defiant Trespassing. The arresting officers were Ptl. Anthony Fearnhead and Ptl. Matt Schaffer.
On 7/20/09, Shawn Barron, age 18, of Ocean City was arrested for an active warrant (Contempt of Court) from another jurisdiction. The arresting officers were Ptl. Anthony Fearnhead and Ptl. Jason Lucas.
On 7/20/09, Julie M. Miller, age 20, of West Chester, Pa., was arrested for Obstructing theAdministration of Law and Possession of Alcohol (Underage). The arresting officers were Ptl. Chuck Cusack and David Ross.
