Suggests Books to Open Readers’ Eyes

By Seubert

To The Editor:
To all of those out there with their heads in the sand, before they again criticize the publisher of the Herald, by implying that he is trying to Christianize everyone, I suggest that they read both of the following books: “The Closed Circle” and “Stealth Jihad.” Both books are available at our local county library.
They might also try the main library for a copy of “Archeology Magazine,” Jan./Feb. 2009 issue. Read the article, “Witness to Genocide.” If these books and this article don’t open your eyes and mind, then I really fear for the longevity of our great country.
We are deluged with too much “political correctness” in our medias and in our thinking. It’s beginning to cloud our minds as to what really makes our society work as well as it has.
We had better start teaching our children the real history of our country, not the social studies which they are being taught in our schools at present.
If they don’t know our history, and have self-discipline, they won’t be able to understand and socialize with the various groups in our society that we have today. There are many changes coming in our country, and we better be prepared for them. We must not lose our basic principles on which our country was founded.
There are limits to our freedom, which we enjoy; if we don’t begin to practice these limits, we won’t have a country in the future. What we will have is a “Babel” of confusion and our society will disappear. We must also take witness to the greed that has infiltrated into our society over the last 100 years of our history. It is surely adding to our demise.
I hope that we will all take a hard look in the mirror, and see within ourselves what must be done to pull our country back out of the abyss to which it has fallen.God, please favor us with your blessing and foresight.
