Ocean City Police Report June Arrests

UPDATE: The charge against Alex Collopy, filed by Ocean City Police Department on June 5, 2011, was dismissed by Ocean City Municipal Court July 26, 2011, according to documentation provided by Collopy Nov. 8, 2017.
OCEAN CITY — Ocean City police reported the arrests for June 1-17: Those arrested were:
June 1: Joseph Rutter, age 20, Bensalem, Pa., was arrested for Possession of Marijuana (under 50 gr.) and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. The arresting officers were Ptl. Dean Ballard and Ptl. Bob Koob.
James Ashton, age 19, of Richboro, Pa., was arrested for Theft. The arresting officers were Ptl. Chris Vivarelli and Ptl. Vanessa Torres.
Mark Bender, age 47, of Ocean City was arrested for an active warrant (Contempt of Court) from another jurisdiction. The arresting officers were Ptl. Chris Vivarelli and Ptl. Jeff Doto.
Dante Selby, age 33, of Somers Point was arrested for an active warrant (Contempt of Court) from another jurisdiction. The arresting officers were Det. Steve Sullivan and Det. Dan Lancaster.
June 2: Andrew Laurie, age 46, of Ocean City was arrested for Disorderly Conduct and Resisting Arrest. The arresting officers were Sgt. Dan Dubbs and Ptl. Bob Koob.
June 3: Michael Wilhelm, age 62, of Ocean City was arrested for Possession of a Weapon by a Felon and Unlawful Possession of a weapon. The arresting officers were Ptl. Nancy Wisham and Det. Steve Sullivan.
June 5: Alex Collopy, age 19, of Doylestown, Pa., was arrested for Obstructing the Administration of Law. The arresting officer was Ptl. Pat Walsh.
June 6: Bhagat Singh, age 55, of Ocean City was arrested for Burglary, Criminal Attempt and Criminal Mischief The arresting officers were Pt!. Bob Koob and Pt!. John Porreca.
Ed Brown, age 76, of Ocean City was arrested for Shoplifting. The arresting officers were Ptl. Steve Beck and Sgt. Mike Tabor.
Mary Card, age 55, of Ocean City was arrested for Criminal Attempt (Burglary). The arresting officers were Ptl. Rich Wilent and Sgt. John Mazzuca.
June 7: Nick Leadbetter, age 18, of Ocean City was arrested for Harassment, Simple Assault and Obstructing the Administration of Law. The arresting officers were Ptl. Clay Tyce and Sgt. Mike Tabor.
June 8: Christopher Walter, age 18, of Maple Glenn, Pa., was arrested for Possession of Marijuana (under 50 gr.). The arresting officers were Ptl. Matt Schaffer and Ptl. Joe Griffiths.
Brian Dougherty, age 20, of Royersford, Pa., was arrested for Possession of Marijuana (under 50 gr.) and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. The arresting officers were Pt!. Anthony Fearnhead and Pt!. Kayla Ricci.
Robert Taylor, age 20, of Royersford, Pa., was arrested for Possession of Marijuana (under 50 gr.) and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. The arresting officers were Ptl. Kayla Ricci and Pt!. Anthony Fearnhead.
June 9: William Link, age 53, of Absecon was arrested for an active warrant (Contempt of Court) from this jurisdiction. The arresting officers were Pd. Bill Lick and Pt!. Ramon Ortiz.
June 8: Brandon Norcini, age 26, of West Chester, Pa., was arrested for Possession of Marijuana (under 50 gr) and Possession of Marijuana in a Motor Vehicle. The arresting officers were Pt!. Joe Griffiths and Pt!. Matt Schaffer.
Meghan Heisey, age 23, of Downingtown, Pa., was arrested Possession of Marijuana (under 50 gr) and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. The arresting officers were Pt!. Joe Griffiths and Ptl. Matt Schaffer.
June 11: Tenan Copeland, age 24, of Pottstown, Pa., was arrested for an active warrant (Contempt of Court) from another jurisdiction. The arresting officer was Ptl. Tom Strunk.
Heather Shuman, age 25, was arrested for Disorderly Conduct. The arresting officers were Ptl. Clay Tyce and Pt!. Doug Swill°.
June 12: Keith Silfee, age 56, of Robesonia, Pa., was arrested for Driving While Intoxicated. The arresting officers were Lt. Tim Williams and Sgt. Mike Tabor.
Xavier Maxwell, age 18, of North Wales, Pa., was arrested for Possession of Marijuana (under 50 gr) and Possession with Intent to Distribute. The arresting officers were Pt!. Dominick Morgestern and Lt. William Campbell.
Nick Leadbetter, age 18, of Ocean City was arrested for Defiant Trespassing. The arresting officers were Pt!. Joe Griffiths and Pt!. Matt Schaffer.
June 13: Elizabeth Mohn, age 19, of Mohnton, Pa., was arrested for Shoplifting. The arresting officers were Anthony Gramiceioni and Ptl. Dave LaSassa.
June 14: Gerardo Lopez, age 24, of Ocean City was arrested for Possession of Fraudulent Documents. The arresting officers were Pt!. Karl Ruf and Pt!. Nancy Wi sham.
William Griffin, age 21, of Fort Washington, Pa., was arrested for Driving While intoxicated and Possession of Marijuana (under 50 gr). The arresting officers were Pt!. Keith Johnson and Ptl. Joshua Clark.
Colin Morris, age 19, of Fort Washington, Pa., was arrested for Possession of Alcohol (underage) and Resisting Arrest. The arresting officer was Ptl. Matt Schaffer.
Greg Devoe, age 19, of Meadowbrook, Pa., was arrested for an active warrant (Contempt of Court) from another jurisdiction. The arresting officers were Ptl. Pat Walsh and Ptl. Benninger.
Rocco Trignani, age 27, of Folcroft, Pa., was arrested for an active warrant (Contempt of Court) from another jurisdiction. The arresting officer was Ptl. Brian Teeney.
June 15: Mary Weir, age 57, of Ocean City was arrested for Driving While Intoxicated. The arresting officers were Pt!. Mike Gray and Ptl. Sean Donahue.
Michael Morris, age 44, of Ocean City was arrested for Driving while Intoxicated. The arresting officers were Ptl. Mike Gray and Pt!. Sean Donahue.
