Lower Township Municipal Court Dispositions – 7-22

ERMA — The Lower Township Police Department reports that the following defendants had their cases heard in court or paid fines prior to a hearing. Municipal Court Judge David DeWeese sentenced:
John Clary, 50, Philadelphia, driving while intoxicated. $864 fine and costs; two years drivers license revocation; 30 days community service.
Christopher Clegg, 21, Villas, reckless endangerment, disorderly conduct. $508 fine and costs.
Benjamin Curtis, 32, Wildwood, disorderly con-duct; false information to officer. $1,016 fine and costs.
Allen Mason, 26, Villas, careless driving. $139 fine and costs.
Mark Boshetski, 25, of Villas, simple assault. $ 458 fine and costs.
David Reales, 23, of Atlantic City, careless driving, unlicensed driver. $378 fine and costs.
Justin Klein, 28, Malaga, unsafe driving. $339 fine and costs.
Edward Shaw Jr., 21, of Court House, driving while suspended. $789 fine and costs; 45 days drivers license suspension, one day county jail.
John Segrin III, 66, of North Cape May, driving while intoxicated. $664 fine and costs.
Robert Montgomery, 50, Boca Raton, Fla., fail to exhibit insurance card, unregistered vehicle. $278 fine and costs.
John Winter III, 27, Rio Grande, noise disturbance. $533 fine and costs.
