Emergency Management Director Reportedly Talking after Collapsing at Meeting

CREST HAVEN – County Emergency Management Director Frank McCall was said to be conscious after collapsing Tuesday night at the Freeholders meeting.
The 63-year-old collapsed and was given CPR by medics. Several physicians in attendance also came to McCall’s aid.
Sheriff Gary Schaffer said, at meeting’s end, that McCall was reportedly talking. No further information on his condition was available.
He was taken to Cape Regional Medical Center by Middle Township Emergency Medical Services personnel.
