CAPE MAY—Cruise the Delaware Bay aboard the 100-foot Cape May Whale Watcher on Saturday, June 28 during the “Big Trip” Delaware Bay Lighthouse Adventure, co-sponsored by the Cape May Whale Watcher and the Mid-Atlantic Center for the Arts (MAC). The “Big Trip” is a seven-hour voyage of discovery and adventure up the Delaware Bay. See and photograph historic lighthouses that were built during the late 19th and early part of the 20th centuries to aid ships sailing the treacherous mid-channel of the Delaware Bay.

Free! The 305th Air Mobility Wing will host the 2008 McGuire Air Expo – which is FREE to the public – on May 31 and June 1, 2008.
Headlining this year’s event will be the U.S. Air Force Thunderbirds. Additionally, the F-15 air demonstration team is scheduled to perform. A large number of current and former military aircraft, including the base’s own KC-10 Extender, C-17 Globemaster III and KC-135 Stratotanker will also be on display.

Sea Isle City and AARP sponsor 7th annual Heart 5K Run/Fun Walk On Saturday, June 7, Sea Isle City and the local AARP chapter will hold their 7th Annual Heart 5K Run & Fun Walk at Kennedy Boulevard and the Promenade. Registration will begin at 8:00 a.m. at the site with the 5K run slated to take off at 9:00 a.m. followed immediately by the walk.
