    • Opening at Soma Newart Gallery last night.

    The Cape May County Art League's juried show at Soma last night was very well attended and more importantly,   the work was really fresh and lively.     
    

    Janet Miller and her staff  did an amazing job of hanging the show.    As some realize,   this is something we can take for granted but can make or break a show.

    I went to see the show on a Wednesday and the gallery was closed but I viewed what I could through the windows and liked what I saw.   I agree the show was beautifully hung.  The notion that being immersed in art by the association with other artists moves people along  a road to a better product is certainly evident here.   The Art League should be proud of the advances their members have made.
