
State Police arrested Joseph Kelly, 20, of Villas, on Friday, March 20 on the Garden State Parkway, during a car stop, in the Somers Point area, State Police Sgt. Richard Keaser said. Kelly later escaped from the station on the Garden State Parkway, in Bass River Township at about 7:45 p.m. Friday, Keaser said.
