Megan McBride and Vinson Powell were married in St. Joseph Church in Sea Isle City. The reception was held in the Grande Hotel of Cape May.

Megan recalls…

Of all the things I dreamed of on my wedding day, my favorite was dancing with my father to our favorite song, "Wild Horses" by the Rolling Stones.

The music was played by a live band — The Juliano Brothers, who truly brought the emotion and party to every song. This band brought us together in 2009 at the Springfield Inn in Sea Isle, and they became our favorite date night ever since.

It was such a pleasure to have friends and family all experience the enjoyment that Vince and I have from the time we met.
Since I was a child I loved vacationing in Sea Isle with my family. When I graduated college I rented a house with my friends for the summer. That summer I met my now husband who is the owner of Basilicos Ristorante in Sea Isle.

I knew from the minute I met him that Sea Isle was going to be my new home. I’ve been a resident now for six years and absolutely love the shore.

We chose The Grand Hotel for the view of Cape May from the top floor, and planned the wedding on our own. We loved being creative and doing what we wanted.

Our photographer, Ryan Morey of RHM Photography, provided us with the most beautiful wedding pictures anyone could ask for. He captured every detail we planned, from getting ready to the last dance.
