Woodbine Recreation Commission Issues Invite to Senior Activities

WOODBINE – Mayor William Pikolycky is pleased to announce that the Woodbine Recreation Commission invites all Woodbine seniors to join them in the scheduled activities at the Woodbine Community Center, 812 Longfellow Avenue.

Activities, held daily on weekdays from 1 to 4 p.m., include:

Mondays — Board Games, Scrabble, Monopoly, Dominoes
Tuesdays — Bingo game day
Wednesdays — Arts & Crafts or Sewing
Thursdays — Exercise Day (with Tv, Wii, or Xbox 360)
Fridays — Movie Day (also Computer free-time)

Experience Works staff is available daily for the Senior Activities Program.

“Any senior with hobbies or who are crafty---share your expertise with your peers as well,” added Mayor Pikolycky. “Recreation hopes to see more seniors join in these programs.”
