OCEAN CITY – Ocean City Tabernacle announces the 133rd season of worship, events, and concerts. The Tabernacle was the founding organization of the City of Ocean City in 1879 when four Methodist ministers purchased the entire island with the intent of making it a Christian retreat center. That vision continues in the summer programs of the Tabernacle at 5th and Wesley Avenue.

Vacation Bible School (children age 4 thorough 6th graders) is held Tues.-Wed.-Thurs. of the first two weeks in July and Aug.

Activities through the week include the Farmers Market sponsored by the Chamber of Commerce Wed. mornings in July and Aug.; and pony rides by the Asbury Avenue merchants each Thurs.
