L to R: Chris Pohle, Augie Augsberger, Joe Scrocca
Three local real estate agents are teaming up to deliver the "Inside Story" - a new blog about real estate in Cape May County.
Spearheading this initiative is Chris Pohle. Chris is a licensed real estate agent and also a business owner on the Wildwoods boardwalk. Pohle says, "Being self-employed for 17 years, I know the value of hard work and how to service my customers. I have local knowledge and insights that you will not find anywhere else." Chris is joined by colleagues "Augie" Augsberger and Joe Scrocca, who are all teammates at Weichert Realtors® - Coastal.
Edward "Augie" Augsberger is one of the leading bank-owned, short-sale and distressed property agents in Cape May County. Augie becomes aware of distressed properties before they are accessible to the general public, affording his clients unique purchase opportunities across Cape May County, especially among luxury shore properties.
Joe Scrocca has special expertise in the financial aspects of the real estate industry. Not only is Joe a licensed realtor, Joe has been a practicing accountant, specializing in tax, financial & estate planning. He has also managed real estate financing as a loan originator, financing thousands of properties in Cape May County.
Chris, Augie and Joe represent a wealth of local knowledge and industry expertise. They are uniquely positioned to share industry news and market analysis - to deliver the "Inside Story" of Cape May County real estate.
