Didn't you know, Joe? Whales always swim onto the beach, bury their dead, and then they go on their way. I guess there weren't any other whales traveling with this one. We were just "helping". We're too smart to mess this up.

Given the theory that this whale was not sick, but may have been hit by a ship, wouldn't it have been better, and more cost effective to tow the carcass out to sea and let the other marine life feed off of it? Just another of my hairbrained ideas.

HERALD: Why are you not allowing comments after the article about the folks who LIKE Cape May? Not allowing comments after any article isn't right, in my opinion. If a comment is improper, delete it. I see you mentioned that it's a series of articles. I would've mentioned that at the beginning of each article. Maybe I should mind my own business, but I just don't understand many of the things you guys do!
