My family was there all weekend-I went in last night and today for the walk. Steady stream of cars leaving this moringing as I headed in. Brizzles was packed as was dock Mikes-great weekend for all vendors. My brother said never saw so many people for the plunge and Mike @ Mikes seafood said walk/run was the most ever. Talked to LEO and said wasnt crazy so far-this was after the walk today

I'd have to think that it was a record crowd at least for Saturday because when my wife and I arrived at 10;15am we had to park about 5 blocks away from LaCosta where the event was being held. By noon every house we passed on 39th street was full of folks with cars jammed into every driveway and curbside spaces. Walking on the Promenade and the beach about 11am there were many groups of folks enjoying the bright sunshine. It was also nice that many restaurants were open for business and we enjoyed the pizza at Angelos. Sea Isle really has their act together in regards to having all the costume competition and a lot of folks went through a lot of effort in creating their outfits. Anyway, since we left right after the Plunge so I have no idea about later. Looked like everyone was having a nice time-lots of Pennsy folks,
