At Dollard Baker Sew & Vac, “new” is the word for this New Year! New products, new services, and new classes are making 2012 an exciting year in Marmora that you won’t want to miss out on.
Merry May is offering an array of classes from those utilizing fat quarters to those whose techniques provide a beautiful finished project using no binding and no batting, just to mention a few.
There will also be opportunities to try out block-of-the-month projects utilizing felted wool and others maximizing the beauty of cathedral windows. And with Merry May, the projects are challenging and exciting to finish.
Cotton Theory will be returning in January with Mary Rann and Gail McConnell sharing techniques to complete reversible placemats, table runners, and even quilts — half the work yielding twice the project.
And for those of you who would like to delve deeper into the Cotton Theory technique, they are introducing a Cotton Theory Club. Beginning in January, and continuing throughout the year on the fourth Tuesday of each month, come out and join the fun.
Each month you can expect to complete a new Cotton Theory project. And at Dollard Baker’s you are privileged to have access to knowledgeable personnel to assist you with your sewing machine should the need arise.
So make 2012 the year you begin (or begin again) sewing as a hobby. Or the year that you stop dreading using your old vacuum.
Instead, no matter what your sewing or vacuum needs may be, think of Dollard Baker Sew & Vac, located on 232 Route US 9 South and on the web at www.DollardBakerSewVac.com.
Experience the difference quality products, services, and classes can make.
