The Council on State Mandates has declared the anti-bullying law is an unfunded mandate for schools.

Good. There are already enough unenforced laws on the books to handle these situations. Do not need anymore unfunded mandates from above. These "feel good" laws are a waste of time and money. When are our lawmakers going to attack real problems instead of always pushing them aside and leaving them for the next guy who does nothing about them either? What a world we're living in today!

If I was herased in school, I funded my oun mandates. I never ever bullied any one, but once in a while when I was!!!
