Firefighters Battle Flames And The Elements In North Wildwood

NORTH WILDWOOD-- Firefighters were called to the 200 block of 17th Avenue Friday for a multi-alarm structure fire while winds were gusting as high as 60 miles-per-hour.

Firefighters from North Wildwood, Wildwood, Wildwood Crest, West Wildwood and Rio Grande responded. The fire was placed under control in about an hour.

No injures were reported.

The cause of the fire is under investigation.

A prime example of how a quick response can save the homes of the tax payers. Kudos. Don't expect to see this in Demarzo's Wildwood when he's through with it...
