ERMA — Lower Township police arrested Two Middle Township residents Fri., Feb. 3 and charged them with drug-related offenses.
According to a release, arrested were Robert French, 23, of Del Haven, and Ashley Kusolnak, 20, of Rio Grande after conducting a motor vehicle stop on “observable equipment violations.”
Detectives Michael Majane and Donald Vanaman seized from the occupants heroin, crack-cocaine and prescription medication.
French was charged with possession of heroin, obstruction, resisting ar-rest and two counts of aggravated assault on a police officer.
Kusolnak was charged with possession of crack cocaine and prescription legend drugs.
Judge Thomas Hillegass set bail for French at $100,000 cash, no 10 percent. He was remanded to Cape May County Correctional Center.
