COURT HOUSE – Crest Haven Nursing and Rehabilitation Center held its sixth annual Polar Bear Plunge on Feb. 6, 2012. Freeholder Kristine Gabor, residents, staff, family members and community volunteers participated in this special event, coordinated by the Recreation Department at Crest Haven.

Freeholder Gabor and residents plunged their bare feet and cooled off their tootsies in large kiddy-pools filled with water. Other fun activities included a Zumba class, pie eating contest and a music show with Cool Eddie McLoyd.

“This is just one of many special events planned by Crest Haven’s dedicated staff for our residents," said Freeholder Gabor. "It is always uplifting to see the residents and visitors having a good time together sharing stories and creating new memories.”
