Seal sunbathing on the snow on 114th Street beach in Stone Harbor! The Stone Harbor police dispatcher notified the Marine Mammal Stranding Center, and was told that he was spotted doing the same thing last week in Wildwood Crest. More info posted on www.anndelaney.com
