Police Charge Whitesboro Woman with Drug Offenses

WHITESBORO — On Thursday, Dec. 10, the Middle Township Police Department’s Street Crimes and Major Crime units executed a court authorized narcotics search warrant at a single family residence located on East Wiley Street. As a result an amount of marijuana and drug paraphernalia were seized.
Sonya Hall, 48, of Whitesboro, was arrested and charged with possession of marijuana over 50 grams, possession with the intent to distribute and possession of drug paraphernalia.
Hall was released on a summons complaint.

I agree with "ilovethisstuff" these weed addicts are really wreaking havoc in our communities, robbing,stealing to feed the munchies when they get high, given the highly addictive nature of the substance

How the hell are these people being released on summons. Last week there was another drug bust that netted 4 people who were also released the same way. Are these snitches or is the county jail that crowded? Back in the day a joint would have you sitting in the county waiting for a bail reduction hearing. Now you can have heroin, weed and whatever else and walk. Sounds kinda fishy to me. I agree with you amberjack. Was the weed bust even worth the time? Remember it's winter time and the local yocals have nothing better to do until summer. You cops down there are a real embarrassment to law enforcement. Only in CMC.

Let's see, about two ounces of pot - maybe about a weeks worth of stash for a low level pusher.
Please, can we stop with the little people and work on the dealers? If you can't bust someone for at least a kilo, it's ain't worth my tax dollars.
