Rob should be given the opportunity to look for another job. His "report" was best left in the ER.

rob, I find it hard to believe that no one knew the proper procedures. But since you seem to know so much, why didn't you tell them how it is done? Were you too busy planning your escape?

I was in the ER when they brought this joker in, he was disrupting the whole order of things. While the hospital secrrity and 3 Middle Township police officers were watching him a mental patient escaped. He was fighting the ER staff the whole time.

COURT HOUSE — An appeals panel upheld a Middle Township Municipal Court decision and Superior Court appeal that found a local man guilty of DUI for driving on a “cocaine hangover.” When David Franchetta, of Del Haven, was pulled over in the early morning of April 20, 2005, no drugs or alcohol was found in his blood stream, but police found his speech and body movements to be altered. A breath test found his blood alcohol content at zero percent and a blood test later showed only a cocaine byproduct. An expert explained that Franchetta was not high at the time of his arrest, but was suffering the downside of cocaine use. The appeals panel found that a drug hangover constitutes being under the influence of drugs. Franchetta has to report to Middle Township by July 16 to be sentenced as a second offender to a two-year license suspension and 30 days of community service

I agree on the video part...and again, as I posted about the DUI crash 2 or 3 days ago(18 year old kid rolled over)...we need MUCH stiffer penalties, and more police enforcement.
It's time for the lawmakers to start requiring jail time for these drunks...especially drunks who wreck at 11am.
