A review of more documents received recently through the Open Public Records Act (OPRA) from the Cape May County Board of Elections (BOE), it seems to be clear that the BOE and Prosecutor’s Office have engaged in a conspiracy to deny property owners and residents in the City of Wildwood their civil rights. In reviewing the documentation received on Angelo Nickels, it shows that he is registered to vote from 4114 Boardwalk, Wildwood. A copy of his original voting record lists 4116 Boardwalk as his voting address with a handwritten notation of P.O. Box 464. Another document received entitled TaxRecords.com, lists his residence in the 200 block of E. 24th Street, North Wildwood and underneath lists his address as P.O. Box 464, North Wildwood. The records also show copies of photographs of 4114 Boardwalk showing a “Phrenology Handwriting Analysis” boardwalk storefront property and handwritten on the side of the photo page it states “no living quarters” in parenthesis. During the May 8, 2007 election, Angelo Nickels’ residency was challenged. The challenger’s affidavit stated “address indicated is a 20-foot store on the boardwalk that is not suitable living quarters, no certificate of occupancy to use for living.” He was granted an emergency ballot form, which stated that he supplied the correct information and had been approved to vote. Included in the BOE file were photos of his residence in the 200 block of E. 24th Street, North Wildwood, and miscellaneous documents that list additional residency information. The investigative report, I use the term loosely, states “Angelo Nickels 4116 Boardwalk, NJ 08260. 6/25/2008 – went into the store, it is currently being rented for the summer Joy*Elis.” 7/7/08 Mr. Nickels reminded me that they went to court in Mays Landing and the judge give him an okay to vote from that address, so long as it was his legal address. Joy&Lisa” It seems this was the end of the BOE investigation. As important as what is in the report is what is not in the report. Why did the BOE white out all the signatures on the challenger’s affidavit and the emergency ballot forms? What was the correct information supplied and where are the copies of that information that was supplied by Angelo Nickels that allowed him to vote? Why did Joy*Elis ignore that the store was rented out? Where is the copy of the phantom “Court Order” from the wrong county? Again, I ask, and will continue to ask, why was all the voter fraud information in the possession of the BOE and Prosecutor’s Office in Cape May County ignored? What are our freeholders doing about this voter fraud problem? Why was there a rush to prosecute Kathleen McCullough when she votes from her residence in Wildwood? Does Angelo Nickels even have a residence in Wildwood? This seems to be another example of a violation of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 which provides that in determining whether any individual is qualified under the state law or laws to vote in any election, officials shall not apply any, “standard, practice, or procedure different from the standards, practices, or procedures applied under such law or laws to other individuals.” Stay tuned.

Those working under or with Joy Erb who know what she is doing is wrong have an obligation to go to the Freeholders and report these infractions and demand that she be taken out of that job. It is every U.S. citizens civil right to fair elections and if people are not being treated fairly for political reasons they someone needs to come forward and uncover corruption. If you know of wrong going by Joy Erb, I urge you to come forward and go to your Freeholder.

To Me,
It is just a Freeholder Meeting, but the freeholders are the way to get JE out of her office. They are the ones that gave her the job and let her do all this bad stuff so you need to go to them to get her out.

Why hasn't anyone from the CMC Board of Elections been charged yet? The investigations they did is pure corruption. James and Nancy Nickels votes were challenged because they were voting from 308 E. Cedar Ave. A nonexistent address on the Cape May County Tax Records. But Joy Erb went to 3500 Boardwalk to investigate this challenge of them voting from 308 E. Cedar Ave. Why? 308 E. Cedar is at the Southeast corner of Cedar and Ocean. What made her go to the boardwalk? It seems she already knew where to find James and Nancy Nickels and it wasn't at 308 E. Cedar Ave. where they were voting from in several elections. So these two were voting from a non-existent address for several years and the FEDERAL Postal Service delivered mail to a non-existent, empty dirt lot? I DON'T THINK SO. The only other alternative is that James and Nancy Nickels weren't even mailed their SAMPLE BALLOTS because someone knew they really resided on Rt. 9 in Middlle Township. So who are the people who should go to prison, workers at the Federal Post Office or workers at the Cape May County Board of Elections or the Clerk's Office? I'm sure we'll see soon enough.

Doesn't Angelo Nickels live in Maryland in the winter and North Wildwood in the summer months? And if this is true, isn't he a second homeowner? And why is Angelo's ex-wife Theresa still on the voting rolls voting from 4116 Boardwalk along with him when they lived on 24th Street in North Wildwood and they split up and the 24th Street home was transferred to Angelo years ago???? Where's the CMC Prosecutor when you need him. Since the Prosecutor is appointed by the Governor, everyone needs to write to Corzine and tell him not to reinstate this guy because he is not doing his job. This voter fraud issue is another reasons why all four Wildwoods need to consolidate so there's one vote from the town you live in. You can't live in the Crest and vote from your business in Wildwood just to skew the elections in favor of your business. And Troiano and Joy Erb say second homeowners are not allowed to vote. These two should be locked up and the Prosecutor should lose his job.

What a disgrace with the police and fire contract, a 40% raise over 4 years, they gave the bank away on that deal, americans are strugling in todays economy, taking cut backs and wage freezes, only in Wildwood they give away when there is a financial crisis, there should have been wage freezes all across the board, because of their failed mismanagement, its time to go Troiano and Davenport, your fleecing the taxpayers of Wildwood????

Sounds like the Cape May County Prosecutor's Office and the CMC Board of Elections are ignoring the voter fraud of friends, relatives and business cronies of Troiano and Davenport while the only person they charge with voter fraud is a single-parent woman who has the guts to speak out and stand up to these abusive dictators, Troiano and Davenport. They hate Ms. McCullough because she questions their decisions and spending and writes letters along with Mr. Dellavella letting people know the truth about the massive voter fraud in Wildwood and the massive spending and the police and fire contract approved by Troiano and Davenport for 40% raises over 4 years. The 2004 contract ended in 2008 and we still do not know what the new contract is. This town needs to be cleaned out starting with Troiano and Davenport.

So Angelo Nickels, one of the well-known Nickels family members who own Nickels Midway Pier on the boardwalk and several other storefronts has been allowed to vote in Wildwood despite residing in North Wildwood? Voter fraud is a crime and as Mike Dellavella says according to the Civil Rights Act all voters should be treated equally. Kathleen McCullough sure wasn't treated fairly. The second homeowners who reside in Wildwood surely aren't being treated fairly when Troaino and Davenport's friends and relatives and business friends are allowed to vote in a town where they have no residence. The second homeowners have just as much a financial interest in the town as the businesses. When is the CMC Prosecutor going to do something about all the voter fraud? If he doesn't, he should be made to step down immediately. And those involved in the inept investigations of these fraudulent voters who never gave their files to the CMC Prosecutor's office should all be fired now. Thanks to people like Michael Dellavella the people of Wildwood are finally getting to the truth and can now vote knowing the facts and the extent of the corruption going on in Wildwood and Cape May County.

Michael Dellavella does it again. Thank you for letting us know just how bad the corruption and voter fraud is in Wildwood. Troiano, Davenport and Joy Erb should be in prison for what they've allowed to go on in Wildwood. Troiano brazenly has said over and over that second homeowners don't have the right to vote in Wildwood because they don't domicile here. Yet all these letters to the editor show how Davenport's own daughter voted here for years without domiciling and even without a residence here. Troiano and Davenport both knew this and allowed the CMC Prosecutor to charge Kathleen McCullough for political reasons. These guys knew all their friends were voting in Wildwood without residences (and their votes would be for Troiano and Davenport) and they did nothing. And the money the taxpayers would have saved if Troiano and Davenport weren't fraudulently elected in 2007 is huge. Troiano, Davenport, Joy Erb and whoever else was involved in this conspiracy should go to prison.

It's the same old song and dance, nothing changes with the corruption in Wildwood, now my understanding with the election coming up on December 8 there is 8 to 9 people running, lets make sure we vote for the candidates being endorsed by the Recall Committee, vote smart, the citizens of Wildwood can not afford more of Troiano and Davenport.

i'm smokin! AND I AGREE THAT THE ARROGANCE OF THESE PEOPLE NEEDS TO BE EXPLAINED. DO THEY NOT KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING IS CRIMINAL? ARE THEY AWARE OF THE CITIZENS OUTRAGE ? WELL, THEY ARE BEING NOTICED. AND WE ARE NOT GOING TO STAND FOR IT. AS FAR AS I'M CONCERNED THE BOE IS A JOKE, THOSE PEOPLE HAVE NO BUISNESS HOLDING THOSE JOBS IF THEY ARE NOT GOING TO DO THEM. I MEAN DO THEM RIGHT!

Is Wildwood in the United States or Afghanistan? The Prosecutor needs to immediately resign! His failure to act has permanently harmed every citizen in Cape May County, the very ones he is sworn to protect. Joy Erb also needs to be immediately investigated for her acts that appear to be either inept or corrupt.

Joy, Lisa, Elis and whoever else participated in these bogus voter investigations should be fired. What a miscarriage of justice done to the citizens of Wildwood. I believe Mayor Troiano and Commissioner Davenport were fraudulently elected on 5/8/07 in light of the second homeowners who were denied even a voter registration because they did not domicile in Wildwood. And the approximately $20 million that Troiano and Davenport voted to bond to the taxpayers from May of 2007 could have been saved and our taxes not gone up in the last two years. It is evident that all the people in the letters that Mr. Dellavella has written exposing this fraud were friends or relatives of Troiano and Davenport that were allowed to vote without residences let alone domiciling. And the Board of Elections and the registrars had Kathleen McCullough's records sent to the CMC Prosecutor and none of these friends and relatives of Troiano and Davenport who were challenged by the citizens. And they charge Kathleen McCullough with voter fraud when she resides in her residence in Wildwood. Heads should fall and it needs to be before the upcoming recall election.
